Baseball WA
Baseball WA (BWA) is the state body for baseball here in Western Australia. We have a full time staff of 4 people with numerous volunteers that support the organisation.
BWA has 35 clubs in WA from Little League (Under 12's) through to State League Men's and also a Women's League.
BWA has 5 state teams that represent WA at National Championships (14's, 16's, 18's, 23's & Women) and also our National League team the Barbagallo Perth HEAT that competes at the Claxton Shield and also a range of events here in Perth.
Our International Facility is based at Tom Bateman Reserve in Thornlie (Cnr of Nicholson & Wilfred Roads) and is called Baseball Park.
Our website for all events, fixtures and other information is www.wa.baseball.com.au
On the Night
BWA are extremely excited about joining the Gosnells City Business & Tourism Association this year and very much look forward to hosting the GCBTA at our facility on Wednesday 19th of November, 2008 along with the sponsors of our organisation. We are inviting our sponsors for the pure reason of getting them to meet and use the services of the GCBTA members and to expand the network to our baseball community.
The night will run as per the way the GCBTA normally run their nights with a Twist of Baseball.
Baseball WA will be donating a Baseball Pack (Donated by Fielders Choice, GCBTA new member) for the Business card door prize along with red and white wine from "Howling Wolves Wines" based in Margaret River for the raffle prize.
BWA will be providing snacks and drinks to refresh yourselves while you network and watch some players from our very own Barbagallo Perth HEAT work out on the field. (You may even get your opportunity to have a hit with the players??)
All sponsors on the day will get the opportunity for a 30 sec "info-mercial" to talk about their own business amongst the group.
